The setting: Hunt & Fish Club, self-described on its website as the “the best steakhouse and seafood” in New York City, with a standard throwback power lunch menu featuring chopped iceberg wedge salad, Porterhouse for two, jumbo crab cakes, and a 2.5-pound Maine lobster.
The swag: Actual blue collars with the book’s title imprinted on the inside. (Coincidentally, there was a stripe going down the back that when flipped over resembles the French flag’s tricolor.)
The event: The launch for Anthony “The Mooch” Scaramucci’s new book about his experience with Trump. (Just look at this cake.)
